Food was really good! Resort is super clean and well maintained. More kids activities needed and don’t fall for the Royal Holiday Vacation Club. They are super pushy about selling their membership and also will get mad at you if you don’t!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The food was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The kids had so much fun, and there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. The resort restaurants offered delicious meals, although the buffet could use some improvement. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and, most importantly, swimmable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa experience was excellent, especially the hydrotherapy and massage services. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be returning!

Great place for the family!

Check in was easy. Specialty restaurant reservations were complicated and took us about 30 mins to get it all sorted out for 2 families. Rooms on Caba building were dated but clean. Food at the buffet was underwhelming, specialty restaurants were hit or miss depending on what you order. Pools were good, plenty of chairs/cabanas to go around. Beach was ok, on some days the water was more brown than blue. Excursion team is good if you don't care about price, if you do beware of hidden costs revealed just before you pay. Staff friendliness is hit or miss, mostly rude or inattentive. Buffet restaurant clothing policy is ridiculously strict, so be prepared to be fully dressed to grab a quick snack, even by the pool. Dinner time in a bathing suit & cover up? Nope. There are a lot of activities, and lots to see but I would not return.

The staff it’s not friendly and it’s too much complicated for reserve restaurants

Pocos restaurantes

Nice beach access, but without the seaweed. Rooms needs updates badly, more pool chairs need to be added. It is family friendly. Overall it is a decent place to stay for an all inclusive hotel.

Ay muchas olas fuertes en la playa La comida no sirve. Todo cierra temprano albercas y actividades no nos dejaron tuallas un día y te quieren rentar las camas de playa.no lo recomiendo
