Mexico and Central America Waterpark Holidays

Buffet food was disappointing every time. Japanese and Mexican restaurants were both very good. Seems like there was a lot to do, but almost all of it costs extra. The hotel activities were posted, but with no location, so we were in able to participate. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Overall I’d say 6/10

The beach and pool were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Best vacation ever!

The property was well maintained liked the room. The food was good, but was very difficult to get à la carte reservations without complaining. It was very disappointing that pools closed at six. The beaches had a lot of Sargasm and look like an endless job to clean up. They had renovations going on.

We stayed from 16th of may to 24th of may. This is definitely doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Hotel is big with some nice pools and plenty of loungers. Drinks were good. Food was not good, from undercooked to overcooked to salty to bland to poor quality meats. Staff friendliness was 50/50..... some of the bar tenders and waiters were a little rude. Others were very nice. In particular, someone (who I choose not to name) from guest services was extremely condescending and dismissive. We showed up early in the morning to a scheduled event and the instructor never turned up. Guest services insisted the instructor did show up and we were in the wrong place (which we were not!). Overall it was an OK Hotel, but definitely won't be returning.

Overall, they scored high. Activities with the staff was awesome. It would be nice though to have the music stop playing every once in a while. Sometimes a bit of peace is nice

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. They made us feel comfortable and taken care of during our entire stay. The pool area was also nice and enjoyable, with plenty of space to relax without feeling too crowded. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, which made our vacation even better. We truly appreciated the good service, cleanliness, and hospitality. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others

Family friendly resort with childcare amenities. Restaurants on site are great. Pools are clean and comfortable but very busy. Communication with this resort is TERRIBLE! Nobody tells you anything about the property when you check in. (Ex:you need to make reservations for dinner at the restaurants on site except for the buffet). I didn’t know that bcuz nobody tells you what to expect. I had to figure my way to my room, no assistance. If you’re lucky, you’ll get luggage service, if not, you’ll have to carry your own stuff. The property itself is not bad, but the communication needs work. Nobody answers the phone, I literally had to go to the concierge every time I needed something, then she called the workers before I got any help. There’s daily housekeeping though.
