Rooms were clean and the lobby smelled wonderful but I expected better for the price I was paying for. The staffs were all so kind.

Hannah and the concierge were amazing. I told them about the special occasion I was there for - a Bob Dylan concert to celebrate my mom and dad’s 50th anniversary (and his passing a few months ago). They gave us a beautiful note and a bottle of Chandon. What a class act. It meant so much to feel heard and gave that special touch. Their food and drinks were also delicious. We had a gem salad with rotisserie chicken and lime drops (light on the simple syrup). For breakfast we split the bagel. Only a catch there, but they gave us crème freche instead of cream cheese and pickled onions instead of regular red onions. Note to room service: regular cream cheese goes on a bagel not crème freche and pickled onions go on tacos, not bagels. It’s a thing ;) Otherwise, stellar time and will be back. I loved how quiet the property was and the beds were super comfortable and fluffy, but not too soft. Thank you for a wonderful memory!!

Great rooms. Perfect location. Beautiful hotel overall. Wish we had more time at the property. We'd love to stay again.

Value hotel nice and clean and close from everything

Great choice! Having the tram right outside the hotel was great. The only down side for me was the smokiness of the casino during peak periods.
