We discovered in the morning that there were somebody else's used sanitary towels in the bathroom bin. The bin in the room also haad rubbish in it. Also the packet soap had been opened and presumably used as the packaging waas in the bin. there was no shampoo. When we complained at reception the receptionist was very unhelpful and basically got cross with us when we pushed the point showing us the QR code we could use to complain.

The TV remote wouldn't operate when I pressed the appropriately marked Red on/off button. Journeyed down to reception to be told to press the No 1 channel button !! Back up ten floors come the time to sleep no button would turn it off. After searching for 10 minutes I pulled out the cable from the underside of the set wich was housed in a hardly accessible cabinet. Shower floor cracked and peeling very unhygienic. No usb sockets it's 2026

Twin room was perfect for our stay. It was clean and really spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Hotel is well located for anything you might want to do and see in Cardiff.

Lovely welcome from the check in staff very polite and helpful. Room lovely clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff very polite and welcoming.had breakfast which was delicious lots of variety. Will definitely be booking to stay again.
