The property was very clean and close to universal citywalk which was great!

The entire first floor if the property smells TERRIBLE. Everyone leaves their trash in the halls and it smells disgusting. Our tv in the master room didn’t work and the master bathroom shower wouldn’t drain consistently so showering was gross. The second bathroom had snot on the bathroom wall. The only positive is that there was enough room for our party of 7. Next time we will book two different rooms at a hotel.

I would like to thank Reunion Front Office Operations team - Tugce, Omaira, Mallory, Darya, also Anya from waterpark team, It is thanks to their warm hospitality and amazing customer service our family returns to Reunion every year! The villas are spacious, with kitchen and silverware. The lazy river in the waterpark and another pool in Seven Eagles are heated. And every time it’s the best vacation ever ! Thank you. Reunion team!

Extremely Disappointing Experience & Poor Management We booked this hotel specifically because of the water park and originally planned to stay for one night. Unfortunately, there was a storm the day we arrived, so we were unable to use the water park. Because of that, while I was still waiting for our room to be ready — approximately 20 minutes after checking in — I asked the front desk if we could extend our stay an additional night and check out Saturday instead of Friday. I was told YES, no problem. The hotel processed everything and charged the $500 incidental hold. Based on the hotel confirming our additional night, I placed a large Walmart grocery order for my entire family since we would now be staying for two days. Approximately 45 minutes after we finally got into our home, I received a call from the front desk telling me that they had made a mistake and we could no longer extend our stay in the same home because someone else had booked it. This made absolutely no sense to me. I had just been told by their staff that our extension was confirmed. We made plans and spent money based on the information THEIR staff provided us, only to have them reverse it shortly afterward. I spent approximately 45 minutes on the phone with the front desk trying to figure out a reasonable solution. Eventually, I was transferred to a supervisor named Brian W., who would not provide his full last name. Unfortunately, Brian made an already frustrating situation significantly

The gent at reception Logan was lovely he really couldn’t do enough for us and the location was perfect for Disney Springs, the transport to all Disney Parks was also great, really easy to book and very reliable . Unfortunately the hotel itself was extremely run down and quite dirty on the landings leading towards the rooms. We even discussed with a Hilton representative that tried to sign my parents up to Hilton Honours and still nothing was done. The cleaners only changed our bedding once in two weeks even after tipping and asking for it to be changed, the glasses in the room where never changed and the floor was not once vacuumed. It’s a shame as it’s not what we would really expect from Hilton and it did impact our holiday. Some days you could also smell smoke from people smoking in the rooms. I would not recommend the hotel due to the cleanliness.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a good value for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
