Nice property and location. Not aware you have to pay for parking.

Hotel is under construction. The beach is not usable at all. Huge waves at all times. Probably should mention that the side of the island where the hotel is located is extremely windy at all times. Everything in the hotel is extremely outdated, damaged, warren out, tired, dirty, stained or filthy. Staff if nice but not very accommodating at front desk. Food is very overpriced and if you are not using BonVoy credit card to pay or book your trip, be ready to pay premium pricing. Didn’t want to be at the hotel and we found every reason to get out and look for other options for food, beach and even pool. Complete bummer. Not worth the value at all.

Choose other resorts. The amenities for this resort are not worth the money. There is only one restaurant and its not open all the time. The beach is 1/2 mile walk. The beach is not just for this property but for many others. Staff is very friendly, but not much they can do about the issues.

it was a ok place, good view of bay, pool area good place, beach (public) clean and fun. .pool area is loud though waterfalls and fountains running sounds like your inside a washing machine : ) and kids pool next to building so kids screaming / playing echos around well. staff was a hit and miss - some awesome, some dont bother me tourist. maint: mostly clean. some areas around property have floor issues broken tiles.... elevators floor dirty seems no one assigned to clean them. rooms: good view, and nice place for a week.... Food on site: its so so. prices are insane for what you get and quality is fast food at best. grounds are part of Marriott timeshare they have majority rooms/buildings. parking expensive and can be far. next to hotel building has small parking good weekdays / weekend locals use for beach too. so main parking lot next to mariot buildings otherside of property. water/bay..... bay gets a cruise ship once a week(ish). sits in view of mountains partially they are still awesome / pretty. beach is clean and several volleyball courts, water has good wave action and steep sand incline. so can boogie board. and play in sand with kids.
