Great location by Coconut Mall, ocean view from lanai, super comfy beds, toaster oven was a great bonus to save money on meals. Pool and hot tub were lovely! Great beach for sun rises!
Absolutely loved this property. Room was beautiful and property was well maintained. Conveniently located within walking distance of many things. Would definitely recommend this property. Will be booking this property again.
Perfect for what we needed. Quiet and very convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants. Unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Enjoyed the lovely patio that opens to the yard. Will definitely be coming back!
This ground floor room was a great spot to stay. Loved that we had access to a fridge, toaster, microwave, and Keurig, plus could easily walk to the Coconut Marketplace to shop and dine out. It was a plus that handicap parking was also an available near this unit. Being located in Kapaa made accessing both sides of the island easy to access too.
We loved the location of this rental. We wanted to see as much as possible and were easily able to travel to either side of the island. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Lava Lava, Oasis on the Beach, Jonny’s Wings & Tings to name a few. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs and a small ice chest. Highly recommend especially for the cost conscious. Would book again if we return.
Third year visiting Kauai in October and first time booking with VRBO. This unit is the only one I've visited that is exactly as shown in the listing. It features an updated kitchenette, which is wonderful and bright. The two hiccups were addressed by the management team.

The absolutely beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees so artistically designed. Did not like the roosters that woke me up 6 am every morning!
The only reason its not a 5 star stay is because we were not informed about the pool and pool bar being closed. Now I see that there is a construction sale for the same location. Have not heard back from host yet.
