Great staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was super clean and the hotel was right next to the park which was great to walk to.

The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent value and the staff were friendly and professional. Located very close to BTS and airport link.

Room and hotel was nice. Only put a low rating because of the hotel pick up service. The lady at the airport was very rude. Our flight had been delayed but I was able to get to the shuttle waiting area on time, with my partner just behind me collecting our luggage. She told us to ‘find our own way there’ or wait two hours for the next shuttle. It seemed a bit ridiculous seeing as she could see my partner coming but still decided it wasn’t worth the 2 minute wait. Really poor first impression. Had to taxi to the hotel, and no sorry from staff.

Location is great staff very helpful the hotel is clean but needs a bit of renovation in the rooms.

Our stay at Ammata Lanta wasn’t planned. We were caught in the Middle East airspace closures and ended up in Bangkok trying to get back to the U.S. With 36 hours between flights, we didn’t want to sit in the airport, so I searched for something unique near the airport instead of the Marriott. Ammata Lanta had solid reviews, interesting photos, and a fair price, so I booked two of the lowest priced rooms and hoped for the best. Our flight arrived at 06:40 and we reached the resort around 09:00 after customs. The staff greeted us at the cars (yes, two—we had a lot of luggage) and quickly took us to breakfast before service ended. During check-in they explained our rooms weren’t available due to other stranded travelers and upgraded us. They welcomed us to relax in the lobby, use the pool, or take the shuttle to a nearby mall. After three days of difficult travel leaving the UAE, we chose to simply decompress. At 13:00 they got us into the rooms early. When we walked into the suites, everyone said “WOW.” The beds felt firm at first, but we all slept incredibly well. Each suite had a private plunge pool overlooking a pond where we spent the rest of the day relaxing. The resort sits near the runway, so jets pass overhead often. For us, working in aviation, it was music. The property shows some age but still has a lot of charm. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was the absolute perfect start and stay for our honeymoon trip. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The views from the 52nd floor as well as the rooftop were impeccable. We just wished they offered amenities for Thai massages or spa packages. It could be because they were preparing and saving it for the festival week, but that would be my only critique. Everything else, breakfast, dinner, service, all amazing 10/10.
