The staff was very cooperative, specailly the lady at the reception named Afaq helped us alot and accomodated before the checkin time, everything was neat and clean, loaction of the hotel is perfect just beside nizami street 😍, must recommended hotel.

The stuff was very pleasant but room was old and not quite clean.

I stayed at Sapphire Bayil Hotel with my mum during our recent visit to Baku and we were genuinely impressed by the experience. The hotel combines modern comfort with a warm, professional atmosphere. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The staff deserve special mention- they were consistently attentive, polite, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt sincere and welcoming.

Location is perfect to access to down town and touristic attractions . Hotel cleanses is ok . Workers are fine 👍 The price is meet the service

Not the newest property and far away from the center. At least the subway is 10min away.

Everything was clean and the service was always congenial. The location was ideal. The amenities were renewed daily without special requests.

Walking distance to all amenities, this hotel is conveniently located at the center of the city. Staff is amazing, helpful whenever I needed direction. Highly recommended
