The hotel’s location and beach are exceptional. The staff’s efforts to address our concerns were commendable. However, the property’s age and the need for repairs are notable drawbacks. Three out of four rooms were unsatisfactory, necessitating a relocation to upgraded accommodations. The dining experience was average, contrasting with the exceptional quality of food at other Secret locations. While we are considering returning to Cozumel for its pristine beaches, we would not choose to stay at this establishment again.

Staff was incredible, food was delicious, property was well maintained and quiet. The daily excursions that are included with your stay each day were amazing. Our tour guides were the best and the quality of this included perk alone makes me want to return. Highly recommend

Great resort to relax. Food is above average compared to other resorts. Not a lot to do besides eat, drink and hang by the pool. Not a lot of socializing. Skip out on Momo, the Japanese restaurant, the rest were great.

The activities both morning and evening need improvements, especially for folks with kids or teenagers. The food seemed redundant and not much of variety, but overall decent. I would recommend this property to freinds and family.

Really not anywhere near a 5 star resort. Maybe a 3 star. I’m surprised they even allow this as part of the Hyatt group.

The Resort was amazing and alot to explore. Moon Palace is separated by 3 different parts The Grand being the first close to the Entrance and second Nizuc and last Sunrise. Each resort part has their own amenities and pool locations and family activities. I stayed at the Sunrise and I had a beautiful garden view and the roon had a jacuzzi and bathroom with two queen sized beds. Full bar in the fridge with cold water. The all inclusive resort had many restaurants to choose from and if you want snacks or pastries there is a shop in the lobby. The walk up bar next to the pool was awesome because the pool level was enjoyable and not deep. The chef's, cooks and kitchen staff are a perfect fit, they made the stay a joy. If you want to use the golf cart it's an extra $300 and if you want to have fun at the Grand it's $200 if you're staying at the Sunrise or Nizuc because the Grand has alot of activities like laser tag, bumper cars etc. The Sunrise has a jumping zone for the kids and a sky bar for the adults. Our family had fun at the Sunrise and all it's amenities. Don't forget visit the gym
