It was to wind so we weren’t able to snorkel and was really looking forward to it. We have stayed here a few times and really like this property! Monkey’s every day and the forest walk is great! The Mayan show, every other night is great. The evening entertainment is some of the best! Services at the restaurant and bars are pretty good you just have to remember Mexican time is slower and more relaxed. The piano singer was very good!

A solid 4 star resort. Perfect for late Spring, off-peak travel. I could see the pool/beach club and restaurants feeling crowded during peak travel weeks. Easy to relax at without being overstimulated too often.

So many things to do for all ages!

We came here with 2 babies and a 4 year old and grandparents. Everyone had an incredible food! Food was great! Service was excellent! Nothing felt too rushed! Pools and hot tubs were very accessible and I love that it’s not a huge resort so it was very easy to get around with children!

The only two things I liked in this hotel is the restaurant food and that the hotel was big so there’s a lot of walking places. The ocean is OK this time it was a little dirty, but overall it’s not bad, but I would give it a one star for the food other than the restaurants. The restaurant food was amazing 10 out of 10 the buffets were probably a two out of 10 and the drinks were one out of 10. Also, I will say that the staff at the bars and most staff in the buffets are really rude and unfriendly and this is my second time there and I can say nothing really changed. They are still pretty unfriendly and they don’t seem to like American people. We literally were ignored at the bar every time we would come up. They would serve everybody and act like they don’t see us till my husband said something to them and even then the guy just had a smirk and didn’t come up for a while. This is the only reason I would never go back there. I gave it a second chance, and still never again. The drinks were so bad that I couldn’t even drink the last few days because they were disgusting. Also, the shows were pretty lame more for kids, and they only started around. But there’s nobody at the shows because they’re very lame.

Wow….been to a lot of places but this was the best ever. Pool in the back, ocean in the front, kind friendly staff, It was wonderful throughout. The only two negatives was twice there was people smoking near the public area/restaurants, I couldn’t understand this. The pillows were flat. But over all it was above and beyond in every other way.

Great place with attentive staff.

Such helpful and friendly staff! Staff was so attentive, especially in the pool area. The food at the resort was amazing! I will definitely be back and would recommend this resort to family and friends when they book a trip to Cancun.

Spent seven days at Dreams with my daughters & a friend. The rooms were always clean, the food was excellent, loved the nightly entertainment & the staff were very friendly. It was unfortunate that the beaches were full of seaweed & unpleasant to walk on. I would recommend that some rules be posted regarding reserving chairs. There appeared to be unnecessary drama on several occasions. Overall, I would highly recommend Dreams Sapphire!

This has been our 5th time coming here and we had really high expectations from our previous visits. You pay high prices for mediocre quality food and hit and miss service. We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and I made sure we let them know they didn’t decorate the room like I requested paid for Turquoize towers and it felt like we had just paid for a regular room. Some staff members like Efrain and Yesenia at el Mercado made our stay amazing. Federico at Havanero and Alejandro at Moongate were really nice. They managers of the restaurant tried to make it right and where open to suggestions. The disappointment did not end there Turquize towers used to be the place to stay but everything in now extra charge then why be all inclusive. The first day we came back at 4 and our room wasn’t cleaned a manager had to be called and the next day samething room was not cleaned till 5:30. We ended going out to Madalenas to dinner.
