Mexico and Central America Scuba Diving Holidays

It was our first trip to Cancun. I was not sure between the all inclusive and regular hotel. Finally We decided to go with El taj. So glad that we did. Such a clean and nice condo hotel. We had ocean view with a private spa in the balcony. The hotel was even better than the pictures. My 2 teenagers loved it. The location is perfect. Close to the fifth st which is live all night with cute shops. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends and families. We will come back again next year

Traveled with a group of 6 and we had a great time. Had a 3 bedroom that gave us plenty of space. The water was amazing for snorkeling, kids loved the pool. Staff was great, favorite restaurant was the grill by the water and buffet for breakfast. The other restaurant for dinner was just okay, took at least 2 hours each night to eat dinner, service was very slow and food at times was not good. Over all minus dinner we had a great time

The rooms have no tv! Great to disconnect from the world! Comfortable rooms! Great WiFi! Food was not the best but the daily activities that are included every day makes this place the very best in the island to vacation!

The property is older. Our toilet did not flush well at all. There were no pool activities. There was no signature drinks. The food was so so. Some meals were good and others weren’t good at all.

Sargassum!!! Beach was horrific

This is my second time staying at this property and the service was once again great from when we first arrived until we departed. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The resort facilities and dining options are good. I had good ocean view room from the Excellence side of the resort. All the food and drinks my wide and I had were delicious.

Great room and staff. Really nice spa services. Alfredo’s and Faro Blanco are great restaurants and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great diving with Scuba Du, too.

Absolutely Perfect Experience at Hyatt Ziva Cancun! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, the food and drinks were top-quality, and every corner of the resort was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for at all times. The beach, pools, restaurants, and entertainment exceeded all expectations. This place truly offers a luxury all-inclusive experience. I would highly recommend Hyatt Ziva Cancun to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!
