We’ve been coming here for years! The place is amazing but even more impressive are the Staff Members that have been there for years their attention to detail is incredible.

We loved our stay here the staff was fantastic, food was so good we will be back for sure.

My family and I stayed at this resort for a week. We were traveling with an infant, a 6yr old and 4 yr old. My kids really enjoyed the kiddie pool. However the beach was not as nice since it had a lot of seaweed. Overall our stay was good. The room that we stayed at was not the greatest. They said we would have a garden view but I wouldn’t call it a garden and the mini fridge in our room did not keep the drinks cold at all. My husband would have to go get ice to keep his beer cold.

Great food and service. Hotel a bit dated. Not much to do without paying extra for Indigo or Preferred to access other parts of the hotel and lots of sargassum where you cannot swim or sit on the beach as it has a high sulphur smell.

Wonderful and quiet and peaceful. Appreciated boxed water instead of bottles and fewer single use plastic items. Scuba shop was fantastic and had a couple of days of nice diving, but you can tell the cruise ships are causing reef degradation. Service was fantastic and I felt well cared for. Bed lovely. Heavenly scent in the room. My one criticism is the food and drinks. There are four restaurants and I tried them all. I’m not an overly picky person I don’t think, but I really struggled at all of them. Somehow even the breakfast buffet was super bland and even fruit juice and coffee tasted very watered down. Everything was over fried and burned tasting. The seafood was the best but honestly fried when it could have been grilled a lot of the time. The cochinita pibil was the best dish. That I could recommend.

Staff was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. One worker named Fabian went above and beyond when helping me set up a proposal. Food was great, amenities were great, beach was clean and well maintained. 100% would come here again

Everything was great about this hotel. It is about 5 min cab drive from the ferry. Very clean, the stuff is amazing, fast and very polite, entertainment is good. We found that food is very tasty. Lots of healthy options! The buffer is inside ( I was happy about it). The coffee shop is good. The drinks are not bad as well. There is no beach, but it is a waterfront and you can swim using a ladder. The water was beautiful and we snorkeled every day. The AC in the room worked well. I used the gym for the first day. It is a nice facility. It was closed for the remaining of my trip( renovation?), but I was able to run outside early in the morning . Felt like a very safe island. Cozumel is beautiful and we have zero complaints about this resort. Thank you
