Quan Lan Island Romantic Holidays

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again.

Fantastic location with good amenities.

They need to replace their faucet, they whole handle turned almost coming off when we tried to turned on the water. We stayed in two different rooms, they were all like that.

Amazing hotel with excellent rooms, facilities and some of the friendliest and most helpful staff we've met in all our travels (30+ years) . Great restaurant and top floor bar with great views over the church and beyond.

First the positives Hotel is in a good location. Staff was courteous and helpful. As for the value for money you can get better hotels. By North American standards this is a rundown Motel if you have to compare. I got swayed by lots of positive reviews about the Hotel not sure about the quality of people reviewing. The room was too small. The Air conditioner was not cooling down properly even on the lowest setting which is 17. Takes about 3 hours for the room to cool down when it is super hot. Cant complain about the location convenient for Shopping and lots of food choices around. Will I consider coming back to this hotel? no way!

The hotel and its property is well kept, big factor is its a new boutique. 2nd day didn’t have buffet which was a surprised cause it’s supposed to be daily. staff are helpful and speaks english (most of them, not all)
