Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful.
Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.

The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there

Great welcoming, super helpful at the front counter anywhere at the hotel, this was my first trip in Asia I am thrilled by service would come here and stay at the same hotel again for sure
You feel like King at the room with all the luxury coper bathtub everything in gold!

Genuinely some of the best staff I have come across at a hotel. They really make your experience so great, especially after arriving following 20 hours of travel! The location is right in the middle of the Old Quarter so to be expected though. We loved being so close to the lake and Old Quarter and breakfast was a really nice experience with good range of a La carte options. The room was pretty and comfortable although a little noise from rain/street.
