Our room was very clean, with fresh linens and a pleasant scent. The staff ensured everything was in order, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was a welcoming space that felt like a home away from home. We booked our Ha long bay 2 day 1 night with Mrs. Ruby was excellent and great value. The scenic views and the friendly crew made the boat trip even more memorable. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.
