"Pros: - There are 3 pools, 2 outdoors and 1 indoor, so it can accommodate lots of people - Beachfront - There are 2 restaurants, the foods were both okay, lots of options - Rooms are spacious and moderately clean. Public space was cleaned very often so it’s not slippery after guests coming in from the beach and pools Cons: - Bathroom was moldy - Pools water was cold eventhough the hotel advertise them as all season pools, including the indoor pool - Front Desk definitely needs more training. First night of our stay, we ask Front Desk which restaurant we could dine in if we did not book a buffet Dinner package with the room, she said to dine at the buffet restaurant anyway because the other restaurant, i600, which is the A la carte restaurant was closed due to low season. We went to the buffet restaurant and were refused entry, and the staff at the restaurant told us to move to i600 and it was opened. We stay with 3 children including a 4 month old but we did not know that there was free shuttle to and from the beach. It’s a long walk to the beach (10mins). Only until we saw other people using it then we asked Front Desk about it - Housekeeping woke us up super early, like 8:30am for cleaning"

"Capella cruise absolutely exceeded our expectation. We stayed in a family suite and the room was wonderful and spacious with unbelievable views from the balcony and windows. The food was fantastic and the itinerary was well put together. Kids had so much fun swimming. The time flew by. Would definitely recommend this cruise. Thank you to all the staff and the surprise birthday celebration that was done for our eldest child. "
