The property is great. Location is good. walk to nice beach. Room is clean but the bathroom is easily to get overflow. The AC leaks some waterdroplets. Price is expensive given the qualities of these utilities. Room has stove but no kitchen utensils.

Pros: - There are 3 pools, 2 outdoors and 1 indoor, so it can accommodate lots of people - Beachfront - There are 2 restaurants, the foods were both okay, lots of options - Rooms are spacious and moderately clean. Public space was cleaned very often so it’s not slippery after guests coming in from the beach and pools Cons: - Bathroom was moldy - Pools water was cold eventhough the hotel advertise them as all season pools, including the indoor pool - Front Desk definitely needs more training. First night of our stay, we ask Front Desk which restaurant we could dine in if we did not book a buffet Dinner package with the room, she said to dine at the buffet restaurant anyway because the other restaurant, i600, which is the A la carte restaurant was closed due to low season. We went to the buffet restaurant and were refused entry, and the staff at the restaurant told us to move to i600 and it was opened. We stay with 3 children including a 4 month old but we did not know that there was free shuttle to and from the beach. It’s a long walk to the beach (10mins). Only until we saw other people using it then we asked Front Desk about it - Housekeeping woke us up super early, like 8:30am for cleaning

Tried some couple of services including spa and room services. Both receptionist doesn’t allow me to use credit cards only cash or local payment method (QR pay). On Aug 2024 neighbor area is like construction side, only few restaurant in nearby area, to be honest if you are foreign tourist prepare some cash or find another place for your own good! Cheers

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Halong Bay und den Pool und den Strand vom Vor- bis zum Nachmittag für uns alleine, ebenso das Restaurant und auch die schöne Skybar am Abend … Es ist ein reines Transferhotel für vietnamesische Touristen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es keine besuchenswerten Restaurants, keine Shops und auch keine Mopeds zu leihen - Schade. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Ausflüge mit einer Luxusyacht in die Halong Bay und zum Chùa Cái Bầu Tempel und daher viel Zeit zum Lesen und Relaxen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich, aber die wenigsten sprechen Englisch.
