Very clean room/bath, extra space for sitting/TV, huge room for Manhattan hotel, breakfast coupons are a bargain (you are allowed 3 choices), filtered water machine on each floor, staff very nice and genuinely helpful, location close to theaters and lots restaurants/sites, quiet room could not hear street noice at all, great linens. Only negative, hotel needs better security between lobby and guest's elevator. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
