(163 reviews) Upon arrival, we were disappointed that none of the hotel staff at the reception desk spoke Cantonese nor English. We resorted to voice translation on the phone, which was very inconvenient. Our reservation clearly indicated 3 adults, and housekeeping arrived with a rollaway cot bed; however, the cot was hard and squeaky. The reservation also indicated special refreshments for this room rate and nothing was provided except for a few cans of soda in the fridge.
