(466 reviews) Room was clean. Stayed with wife and daughters. Subway is near but the hotel its self is not really near any major attractions, making it an inconvenience to commute to and from room to the city center. Grocery store right across the street was very convenient. Quiet area. Would I stay again? probably not, but not because I didn’t like the hotel. Hotel stay was fine, just annoying to go places from there. The elevators run efficiently and the rooms are clean and well designed. We fit three adults in one room with no issues. I loved that the toilet is separate from the shower as well. We didn’t use the hotel’s bistro because there was so much food nearby. It’s a very short walk to Ueno Station and Ameya Yokocho is not much further. The next time I come to Japan with my family, we will stay here.
