(283 reviews) Excellent in every regard. Brilliant hotel. Great walk along the river into the centre that adds to the excitement of visiting Porto. Port houses within metres of the hotel makes it even more wow. Balconies and terraces and the views are wonderful. The rooms and suites are very well appointed, super comfortable bed, great shower room, the mini kitchen was excellent, the minibar and snacks on another great level of care and thought. Meal and drinks very good indeed. Service was exceptional throughout. If you cannot guess by now I entirely love this hotel and has a huge recommendation from me. (103 reviews) The suite was well layed out and came complete with a small kitchenette. Very walkable from our location. The staff were amazing. I had questions before we even started our vacation and they were quick to respond. Upon arrival, they were extremely helpful in trying to make our vacation a memorable experience. The only concern would be the first flight of stairs that had to be climbed before reaching the elevator. If stairs are an issue then this could be game changing. We didn’t give it a second thought. All the positives out weighed this one negative. We highly recommend this location. It should be noted that they have a few other properties in the area.
