"Hotel was right next to beach and many great restaurants. Nothing like being able to see a Portuguese sunset right from hotel. Room was bigger than I thought was a studio apartment with plenty of room. Stayed one night but was a great place to stay, also had balcony that we could see city from."

"This hotel is just incredible! Everything about it is top class but none more so than their staff. They are the best hotel staff I have ever known. They couldn’t do enough for you, especially the two Ines’. They were an absolute credit to the hotel and you could tell how much they loved working there. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and so personable. The location is great, a short walk to most attractions and the shops. The indoor/outdoor pool is such a lovely bonus to have in a city hotel. We ate in their restaurant a few times and that was lovely, Thassia was fab! The guys who greeted us (sorry I didn’t get their names) and took our bags were also so kind. The decor of this hotel is beautiful and modern. I can’t say enough positive comments about this place. Thank you for a great stay. Book it, you won’t regret it!"

"The property has an amazing view but it’s a slight trek to the main shopping areas. I stayed here as part of my honeymoon and loved having the view and clean space. The only downside was housekeeping coming into our room when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. It was alarming to come back to see that our room was made up when we did not request it. The cups at the rooftop terrace were also a bit dirty."

"The hotel has an excellent staff, very gentle. The ubication is Porto is very convenient, close to Metro station. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is complete with a variety of meals. 100% RECOMMENDED."

"The hotel is a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet spot. The housekeeping is over the top. They keep things clean and do it with friendly faces all the time. I’ve got a few issues with some upkeep. The pool is in the basement and really is not inviting. I had very little air conditioning in my room. Complained three times. The first time, no action taken. The second and third, I heard someone outside my room and it looked like they simply reset the A/C. No one ever verified if things were good and out of 8 days, none were satisfactory. The beds/mattresses are also reaching the end of their life. As much as I liked the location, there are other hotels nearby that I would choose next time."

"This was a great hotel for our 3 night stay in Porto. It was modern hotel which was exceptionally clean. Breakfast had plenty to offer, something for everyone. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for us, close to the metro and a 20 minute walk to the river. We would be happy to stay here again."
