Such a beautifully appointed accomodation, the views were exceptional. Communication was excellent and we were able to check in 1 hour early. We absolutely loved our stay here. It is a tranquil, modern, beautifully designed and decorated 5 room Quinta with fantastic views over the valley. Our room was lovely with a large and extremely comfortable bed, walk in shower and a good sized balcony overlooking the pool area and the valley. The room was modern and spotless, the views were beautiful, the breakfast was plentiful. Beatriz was an absolute angel, from making reservations at recommended restaurants, to organising taxis, she often checked in on us to see if we needed anything. What a wonderful find, I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you!

Such a gorgeous B&B with amazing views! Our room was separated from the main house, which gave privacy but still with the homely feel. Hosts were amazing and truely made you feel right at home. We also even managed to go for a dip in the pool between the August rain!

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Food was great in both the main restaurant and Schisto (tasting menu). Wine tasting at their vineyard was informative snd fun.

Fantastic location with room and terrace overlooking the Douro. Very pleasant quiet room with comfortable beds. All very clean and run efficiently. Very good wine tour included. Breakfast was adequate but not quite the standard we would have expected from a hotel of this calibre.

This was a value for money choice. It was very nice, spacious, clean and provided everything one could want except for people who one could put questions to. However I did not need this as everything was clear in the instructions. By saving on staffing one can keep attractive prices. Breakfast was at a nearby bakery, supposedly the best in town. This bakery provided nice breakfasts and staff were nice and helpful and accepted the voucher from the hotel without questions.

We loved our stay at Quinta da Moita. The property looks pristine, the owner and staff are super nice and helpful. You see José’s dedication to keeping the place clean and tidy and you can see him walking around feeding the animals and treating the vines. They have a nice bar with a few options including their own award-winning wine, which we very much enjoyed. Personally it was also nice to stay in a black owned business that looks and feels amazing! Can't recommend enough!
