Tuvimos un problema con la habitación privada debido a un fuerte olor a recién pintado. Lo comunicamos al personal y solicitamos otro dormitorio, desgraciadamente no tenían más disponibles. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos puesto que el alojamiento nos gustó. En todo momento nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de hacer la devolución del importe de la reserva que fue lo que finalmente hicimos, muy bien en este aspecto.

Really very nice. Just outside the centre and old quarter but easy enough to walk. Parking isn’t private. It’s in the road but easy enough and close enough. I would say a very safe area. We chose this for an overnight stop, with our pet furry friend, on our way from Santander to Portuguese Silver Coast. Pet friendly and self-catering appealed to us. The communication and the welcome to the lovely property, from Sandra, was exceptional. Superb location for exploring Porto, in a modern, stylish and quality hostel. Included breakfast was better than we thought it might be! Only downside is the road outside is noisy as there’s a tunnel that every plonker with a noisy motorbike or car decides to rev the hell out of it to blast through the tunnel - so bring some earplugs! That didn’t detract from an amazing “luxury” hostel in a fab location. Highly recommended!

Great stay however think it's important to know that the room we booked wasn't in the main hotel but a couple of mins drive away, we were the only ones staying in this part of the hotel so had to use the main hotel for breakfast and there was no one at reception in our place.
