I am very satisfied with this accommodation. The location is very convenient. Check in on 7/24. The staff is very friendly. I will choose this place next time.

We wish we had stayed here longer! All the staff at the hotel were lovely and so helpful in every way - they automatically upgraded us to a royal suite at no additional cost and we were amazed by the room and the beautiful view of the Douro river. The in room dining and included breakfast were so delicious and had a lot of variety. Special recognition to Marta for recommending us other cool places to check out for our other stops in Lisbon and Lagos. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The location of the apartment was excellent. Unfortunately the property itself was very run down and requires significant maintenance. For example, our bathroom sink drain did not work at all and water would pool in the sink. The old wooden floor was falling apart underneath our feet as we walked which made it loose and unsafe, especially for our small baby. Also extremely unhygienic. Additionally, upon our arrival we found that the kitchen or dining room table was filthy and had not been cleaned, also all of the kitchen utensils and plates and glasses were not properly cleaned. Overall though the place was okay with a very Central location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful in providing good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to try around the area. We would recommend that they spend some money to conduct repairs to do some and maintenance on the property as well to ensure things are properly cleaned before new patrons stay.

The management company for this location is on site. They do represent multiple properties and definitely know what they're doing extremely professional, courteous, and kind would recommend this location to anyone great spot in the city.

Perfect for a city break in Porto: it had everything we needed and the team were incredibly helpful with their local knowledge and recommendations.

We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The location is a reasonable distance from the busy city of Porto over the river, while still being very accessible on the Gaia side, near the port wine cellars. We booked a studio room overlooking the Douro River with a stunning balcony view of the Luís I Bridge that we had to see to believe. Some days we took a short walk along the river to the lower cable car station to take in amazing views on the ride to the top. The upper station is next the top level of the bridge, so we enjoyed the beautiful high walk across into the south of the city. We sometimes ordered a ride because everything is drivable within a few minutes and this skips the demanding hill climbs. The hotel atmosphere is upscale without being pretentious. Immaculately clean, with an industrial modern styling and tasteful furniture throughout. We found our room to have some natural sounds of the river, while still being quiet at night. There is a minor road outside but the double balcony doors keep any noise out. The amenities are impeccable. We used the spa, the gym, and ate at the restaurant which is fantastic for dinner. Breakfast is very good. Snacks and drinks in the room are reasonably priced if you want more than the generous complimentary items. All the staff are so attentive at every point - wine suggestions with dinner, knowledgeable therapists in the spa, friendly housekeepers. We loved coming back to our room to thoughtful daily gifts and snacks.
