A really good hotel in Viana. Rooms are a decent size but furnished minimally. Bathrooms are clean and modern with proper wooden doors and not glass ones. The breakfast was especially good as was the opportunity to have free coffee throughout the day. A short walk into the town centre.

We very much enjoyed our stay at B&B Hotel Viana de Costello; the location worked extremely well for us walking the Camino and the hotel was spotlessly clean and super well maintained. While the room was pretty basic - it is for want of better words a business hotel - everything worked well and was more than comfortable. All in all the perfect two day break to rest our weary legs! Obrigardo!

The hotel was centrally located and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and the coffee machine was awesome. Rooms and common areas were all kept really nice and staff was extremely helpful. Also very well priced.

B&B Hotel Viana do Castelo is conveniently located near the river. Making it ideal to walk and explore around the beautiful town. The proximity to shops and restaurants was a plus for us. Despite the room not being very spacious, the bathroom was nice and the walk in shower was a pleasure to step into. The water pressure was superb! We enjoyed our one night stay.

One of the quietest hotels I’ve even stayed at and I’m very picky! Rooms are definitely sound proofed and very comfortable. Staff was exceptional in every way. It was also nice to have free coffee and tea. The only thing that would make it perfect is a little more choice (healthier) for snacks but otherwise my go to choice for staying in Viana do Costelo!

Perfect short stay in Viana

Perfect, basic, comfortable hotel stay. Didn't try the breakfast but free coffee and water available to all guests which was a nice touch.

No parking available for my first night even though I requested it when I made my reservation. I had to carry 2 loads of luggage for a block without any luggage cart. Free coffee and tea in the lobby although the machine was not very clean and one of 2 was broken down the second day. Staff was very friendly. Hallway was hot and didn’t smell good. No amenities. Room was clean and temperature was adjustable to my comfort level.
