Very lovely staff. However, in one of the restaurants the soup served had worms in it. We were comped a meal in another restaurant as a result, but this was a serious issue. We were also charged twice for using the minibar and had to point this out to the hotel.

Everything’s perfect you don’t need to go outside. If you stay one day to enjoy it. And the mall closer to the hotel.

This hotel was outstanding. Everything was clean and staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Walking distance to alot of things.

I travel frequently and spend more than 70 nights each year in hotels. Unfortunately, this was one of my most disappointing hotel stays. Despite having a confirmed reservation, there was a problem locating my booking when I arrived late at night. Check-in took approximately 40 minutes to resolve after a long day of travel. Service during the stay was also below expectations. A room-service tray remained outside my room for three days before being collected. Elevator waits were regularly very long, particularly in the morning, and using the stairs was often faster. Service at the pool also did not meet the standard I expected. The staff were polite and tried to be helpful, and my criticism is not directed at them personally. However, the hotel’s check-in procedures, housekeeping coordination, elevator capacity and overall operations require significant improvement. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again.
