If you can upgrade to a suite, do it! Great value, excellent facilities and the shuttle bus to Disney is perfect. Disney is no more than 5 minutes round the corner and they drop you right outside, at 11pm at night it was very welcomed. All the staff were really friendly, the pool area was great and we all enjoyed using the facilities. I cant comment on the food as we didn't eat there, our suite had a well equipped kitchen so we did our own breakfast

Rooms don’t have charging stations in desk and very little outlets to charge. Most hotels have usb chargers on desk

The reception staff upon arrival were not very pleasant, we arrived approximately 21:00 hours and they were actually quite rude. Breakfast is awful. Very cheap and cheerful, very poor selection, tasteless and the staff allow all of the hot food (albeit only beans, tomatoes, sausages, bacon and scrambled egg) to run completely empty instead of frequent topping up. I had to ask the staff on both mornings to replenish the large saucepan of beans and scrambled eggs (which were completely empty) and also for croissants which the large basket again was allowed to remain completely empty. Unacceptable for a large hotel.

This was perfect for our short stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were fantastic. Our youngest also really enjoyed the indoor play area. My only comment would be that the evening buffet was quite expensive for the selection that was actually on offer, but the food was of great quality and there was more than enough for us. I would definitely consider returning again.

Overall it was ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buses to Disneyland were overcrowded and whoever was rudest got on the bus. We spent a lot of extra money to Uber to and from the Parks and Train station. We were unable to charge all of our devices each day. It seemed like they limited the power usage. No hand towels or wash cloths given. The bunk beds sounded like it was falling apart every time my daughter moved. Our room was on second floor by the front and we had lots of noise until the wee hours of the morning.
