Staff very accommodating. It was a great location to get to a main train station and go explore other areas of Tokyo easily. I liked that it wasn’t in the busy touristy areas too. Nice, clean and modern. Decent room size for Japan too.

Fantastic brand new hotel. Super modern, we had a traditional Japanese room and it was immaculate. We stayed in multiple hotels during our Japan trip and we only had 1 night at Tabi for our last night in the country. It was the best hotel we stayed in. Great location close to Ueno station and Kensei-Ueno station. 7-11 is a 2 min walk. Not sure about hotel amenities as we're there only 1 night. Our room had a view of Tokyo Tower which was a bonus. Would 100% stay here again.

Easily one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, and I have stayed at luxury hotels across the world. Staff was was very kind, the property and gardens were stunning & polished, and the accessibility to the bus station and train station was great. If you are looking to travel to Tokyo I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso if you want to be pampered.
