The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though. The hotel was doing room improvements when we stayed there in January 2026 and that was a bit of a distraction but didn't change our comfort level. The hotel is in a quiet area and very close to 2 subway stations and quite central. It's easy to walk to most of the sightseeing spots. If I had a bone to pick, it's the lack of real mugs or glasses. Only paper cups were available for some odd reason.
