this may have been a 5 star hotel 10 years ago. but by today's standards far from it. we upgraded to the master suite because the 517sqft rooms were a stuffy 517sqft. the AC was luke warm and spotty at times, the carpet was old and stretched out and lumpy in the living room area. the light controls were confusing and random. the TVs were outdated and had no media capability at all. (youtube, netflix, etc..) they had google chromecast units attached but theyre unusable as these units dont support captive portal authentication and the only way you can connect and configure them is to connect to the hilton honors wifi network. pointless. the master bathroom is luxurious.. but not for the $700/night. the stone floor in the shower was slimey and slippery in places because its not been cleaned properly from all the soap and water deposits. the stone vanities are water stained and spotted... no care has been taken by the management to make these suites presentable. the only bright spot was the staff of the SPA. my girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience in our couples massage.
