"Great location and super helpful host Jin who went out of her way to ease our trip. The hill leading to the guesthouse is pretty manageable unless you are carrying heavy luggage. The building is older and there are some signs of gentle wear and tear, but Jin made a great effort to make it comfortable, and it provides excellent value given the price, location, and amount of space for our family of 4. I would stay here again on my next trip. "

"This was my second stay at the Fairmont in Korea, and it was just as satisfying as the first. I hosted guests for the dinner buffet, which was both refined and well-prepared — perfect for a high-quality yet practical gathering. One unbeatable advantage is its location right next to Hyundai Department Store, which I truly can’t give up. This visit was for my post-surgery recovery, and I deeply appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful care and attention. "Fantastic accommodations with incredibly helpful staff. Having a washer/dryer is a huge plus. The gym is well-equipped, with a squash court (but very low ceiling) and a Korean bathhouse that was perfect for unwinding at the end of each day. Easy walk to Yeouido Station, and a bus stop right outside. Grab a T-Money card (for public transit) at the 7-Eleven in the basement level, where there's also a café that opens at 8 a.m. for a quality coffee fix. A bit off the beaten path (ie financial district rather than the shopping district) but would definitely stay again!"
