The concierge staff was so helpful- I was worried about my parents but I was so relieved by the Conceirage help I received. It felt too good to be true ! Thanks to the person who helped my parents staying at the hotel.

Staff is friendly , Clean room, Close to the international airport. Food is delicious. Airport pick up and drop off service is great!

The hotel is in an excellent position to enjoy the promenade area and witness the stunning sunsets. We walked from the hotel in the afternoon and enjoyed seeing the sights and at night took a city tour. We enjoyed a lovely meal on our second night, a very tasty chicken curry. Highly recommend the hotel, the interior is stunning.

Horrifying and Extremely Disappointing Experience at Novotel International Airport I have stayed at hotels across the world, but my experience at Novotel International Airport was genuinely shocking and extremely upsetting. Before I had even checked into the hotel, I was stopped by security because I was carrying a small pair of scissors inside my personal toiletry kit in my luggage. I completely understand the importance of hotel security and have absolutely no objection to reasonable and clearly communicated security procedures. However, the way this situation was handled was completely disproportionate and left me extremely uncomfortable. In all my years of travelling, I have never experienced being stopped at a hotel simply for carrying a small pair of toiletry scissors inside a personal grooming kit. What is even more concerning is that there was no prior communication from the hotel informing me that such items were prohibited or restricted. At no point was I provided with, or shown, any published list of restricted or prohibited items that specifically mentioned scissors. I asked about the policy, but neither the security staff, front desk team nor the guest relations manager was able to present me with a published hotel policy or document clearly stating that a small pair of scissors in a toiletry kit was a restricted item. If the hotel has such a security policy, guests should be clearly informed about it before or at the time of arrival, rather than discovering it o
