The reception’s people were very friendly and professional. Hotel room clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the harbor. I gave 4 of 5 stars because restaurant service was not friendly and took very long time. I think they are independent business but as they are located on hotel grounds Oswego team should know about it.

Location and historical hotel facility - SUPER!
But we were surprised that even with our upgraded room we did not have mini bar available in the room
When we arrived, it was not even simple water available :-(
Also, we did not expect that in such highly rated and expensive hotel the restaurant menu was very poor...
Have to be upgraded in the future...

Loved the quietness and natural beauty of the surrounding area. Room was very nice. Restaurant (not the Pub) was terrible for breakfast, though.
