"Amazing! The hotel and rooms are wonderful. Beds are comfortable and rooms quiet. The location was perfect for us - great things to see and do within walking distance and there were wide ranging types/styles of restaurants to choose from. Of special note is that the staff just make the place! Thank you, Johnny (server) and Jack (sommelier), you absolutely made our evening on Saturday May 9th in The Courtney dining room; engaging, energetic, and knowledgeable. Their help in choosing dishes and accompanying wines was awesome. Duncan, thank you for your recommendations for our outing to China Beach – you were so right about Shirley Delicious! Owen, thank you for the routinely prompt delivery of our car. Housekeeping staff took stellar care of our room. And surprise treats; when we got back from our outings on Friday May 8th, we were offered a complimentary glass of sparkling wine! We asked 'what's the occasion?'
