"when we got to our room we could not get the tv on or the heat operating. The first person i saw was not able to make either work but said he would report it. The desk clerk who may have been site mgr came over and got both functioning properly even tho she was very busy checking people in .For that i am very gratefull."

"The view is the best of Parksville Bay. Lovely, much improved rooms, very helpful staff. Too bad hot tub was out of service, but we enjoyed the outdoor pool. Lovely getaway!"

"Loved this family friendly hotel. The waterside was a hit! Clean pool and was maintained daily. The staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and tidy. Loved the included breakfast. Would definitely come again, especially with the kids as it was so much fun"

"As over reviewers have stated the rooms are a bit dated but at one time everything was top shelf and I appreciated the roominess and peacefulness of the property. Our suite was fully equipped and was a great stay overall. The free driving range balls was a nice touch!"
