Excellent location

Awesome place to stay, rooms were big and spacious for 6 people. Had full kitchen, three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

The resort was okay, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. One thing I really missed was having more breakfast options, such as a dedicated breakfast restaurant or buffet like I’m used to at other resorts. The spa services were also extremely overpriced. Dining options were somewhat limited. The pizza place was decent, and Drafts, the family-friendly sports bar and grill, served okay food, but nothing really stood out. My biggest frustration was that the pools closed every time it rained or there was even a little lightning. I understand the safety concerns, but I wish guests had the option to swim at their own risk once conditions were reasonable. The pools were also consistently overcrowded, which made it difficult to enjoy them. Overall, I’d give the resort 3 out of 5 stars. It was a good resort, but nothing particularly memorable or spectacular.

There were a few things broken but easy to repair. My home was comfortable and I will definitely be returning. That staff were excellent!!!

Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of seating by the pool. We just had a perfect week! The house had everything we needed plus more. Floaties, strollers, boogie boards, cooking needs and Tupperware. Beds were all very comfortable, and the layout of the house is very family oriented. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs for youngsters. That was useful. Every room had tv and cable. And all 4 bathrooms were immaculate. I have no bad words. The property itself was peaceful but closer to the clubhouse so we could have definitely walked.
