Great stay yet again. Asked for a golf view high up before check in. When we arrived we were told the hotel was sold out and given a really poor room but could move the next day. We eventually moved to the room as requested. A great resort with great amenities and generally a lovely holiday. My advice would be to call the hotel on the day of check in as they don’t look/reply to emails.

First room wasn’t given balcony. Second room they were painting the whole stay and smelled like wet paint. They have updated rooms but we were given the old. The water park is not included! You can purchase tickets unless you are there under their timeshare. They will force you into a “breakfast” that is cold eggs, sausage and cereal. The food on site is not good. The property is clean and many of free pools. Do not book this hotel thinking you can do all the amenities as you are not able without a high cost.

There were a few things broken but easy to repair. My home was comfortable and I will definitely be returning. That staff were excellent!!!

Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of seating by the pool. We just had a perfect week! The house had everything we needed plus more. Floaties, strollers, boogie boards, cooking needs and Tupperware. Beds were all very comfortable, and the layout of the house is very family oriented. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs for youngsters. That was useful. Every room had tv and cable. And all 4 bathrooms were immaculate. I have no bad words. The property itself was peaceful but closer to the clubhouse so we could have definitely walked.

I had an amazing time at the Sheraton. It was my partners first time in Orlando and it was one for the books. Clean rooms, friendly faces, and everything you need. It’s in perfect walking distance to Wawa, Family Owned and Chain Restaurants, Dozens of Gift Shops, and More! And if you were planning on just staying at the resort they have everything you need; Two Pools, Two Bars, A Restaurant, A Gift Shop, and a Coffee Shop! And if you were planning days at the parks they have the kindest staff to help you with ticket deals! We decided to go to the parks and it was less than a ten minute drive to epcot, magic kingdom, and disney springs! I definitely will be coming back to visit in the coming months! Great experience 10/10! 💖

It was great! We went for a mini honeymoon and we loved every minute of it! The pool is so nice!
