The staff (Bea, Noah, Sarah, Freddie and Todd the chef) made me feel very welcome, which is something you appreciate when you travel solo.
At the end of day, the Rosevine is a very delightful hotel.

The hotel was in a good location and provided parking at a cost of £15 a night. I feel £10 should be a max. When we arrived, there was no warm welcome nor real eye contact, which ws bad, no smiles, no helpful information about the place.!

Bit of a mix up with the bill when checking out but sorted quickly by the night manager. Restaurant service was slow especially if busy, staff were great . Spa was good. Would definitely stay again

Amazing stay at Enchanted manor, from the moment we walked in the vibes were warm and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious and the red squirrels and badger feeding in the evenings was an amazing experience. Could not recommend this place more.

A lovely hotel and lovely staff. Great location. We are in the bar and food was excellent as well. There was a slight hiccup on our arrival due to a delayed ferry but the staff couldn't do enough for us after that. We will definitely return and recover.mend it to anyone
