Lacey's Creek Walking Track Luxury Holidays

This venue was a little tired. There was one usable pool. The deck was all chipped and not pretty. The rooms were fine; just outdated. The view was amazing, though, and made it worthwhile. The location was outside the busy area, but an easy walk, which was perfect. It looks like they are in the process of updating and soon will be more current.

We have stayed at Reef House several times and parts of it are starting to look a little tired. The tracks for the sliding doors - to balcony, bathroom and cupboards- need servicing or replacing. Geneeal maintenance is lacking in parts. Having recently stayed at a newly refurbushed hotel at Noosa this would probably be our preferencecrather than returing to Reef Housre

Great size apartment with awesome views (top floor). Location was good (about 10 min walk to heart of cairns). Opposite muddies cafe which is a nice spot but always busy. Tip - the Indonesian cafe next door is a hidden gem. Overall great apartment for a family or group of friends. Will stay again with a group or family

Clean spacious room #402. Had previously stayed in #403 and it was good but much smaller. As the start of the Cairns festival was beginning there was some noise from drumming etc but the eased off early in the night. Did not use the restaurant or the bar during this visit. Contact with reception staff was friendly and effecient

Fantastic location with great view. It was a quiet apartment apart from city noise. Great air flow though the apartment. The furniture and internal fittings were dated but clean and functional. Not a great look to see hand towels over the arms of the chairs, and old plastic flowers for decoration. The apartment would be a little more appealing with new lounge furniture, removal of nick knacks/flowers, new matching crockery and new updated bedding. Overall though, a good spacious apartment.

Loved the location. The room was well equipped and comfortable and all of the staff were friendly
