The purpose of our trip was to attend the 2026 WAWE Working Equitation World Championships. There were three of us in our party, so we stayed in the junior suite, which was very spacious and accommodated all three adults quite comfortably. Our room was excellent, the pool was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious—especially the outstanding breakfast. The location was also ideal: within walking distance of La Escuela and only 1 kilometer from the Stage 18 finish line of La Vuelta. The city center was walkable as well, although we preferred taking a taxi there and walking back. The only negative experience involved one server. During our first visit, he seemed reluctant to serve us. On our second visit, he took our drink order but never brought the drinks, leaving us waiting for approximately 30 minutes until another server came to assist us. She was wonderful and provided excellent service. Despite this isolated issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

A lovely, old building in the Old Town area of Càdiz. We stayed in a deluxe studio which was airy and spacious and had a small balcony overlooking the street. The bed was comfortable. There was a spacious living area with a sofa and TV and a useful kitchenette area with a fridge, washing machine, hob and oven and also the use of a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom was a good size with a large walk in shower. The towels and bedding were changed every 2 days and coffee pods and water provided. Staff were friendly and helpful whether face to face or using messaging systems. Everything was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The accommodation is in walking distance of all local attractions and there are a good few coffee shops nearby which was handy for getting breakfasts and lunches.
