Will definitely stay again

The Room and hotel looks excellent, super comfortable bed, stunning bathroom facilities & waterfall shower (helpful bathroom necessities in the draws). Mini bar and the cutest surprise cheesecake in our room upon arrival! (It was Delicious!) The Property was very clean and beautifully styled. Views of the marina were gorgeous and lovely staff. 24hr gym, and roof top pool was lovely with towels ready on the shaded loungers. There were a few things I felt was missing but nothing that takes away from this gorgeous hotel. Unfortunately upon arrival when checking in we didnt get confirmation that the buffet breakfast was included with our stay. This was the biggest shame as we ended up looking for somewhere to eat each morning for breakfast and we would have much preferred to have had the breakfast we had already paid for at the hotel. There was no price list for the mini bar or welcome pack with information about the spa/rooftop terrace hours. The cleaner did a gorgeous job but did only clean the room once on our 4 night trip which I felt maybe it would have been nice to have a fresh bed each day. Finally we did ask for a taxi to be booked but unfortunately this was forgotten when we arrived downstairs at the booked time and we were on a tight schedule for a wedding. Luckily another couple attending was able to take us. Overall a gorgeous stay just a few minor things and our stay would have been absolutely perfect!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always willing to make our experience perfect. The atmosphere of the hotel is simply wonderful: elegant, welcoming, and filled with a unique energy that makes you want to stay longer. Without a doubt the flamenco show was absolutely spectacular. The performers delivered a first-class performance. I highly recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a place with outstanding service, an amazing atmosphere, and top-tier entertainment, this is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning!

This hotel is very nice and has beautiful grounds. I would say for a five star hotel, the lobby and common areas need serious updating. The seating around the hotel is a bunch of hodgepodge decoration. My biggest complaint, however, is the food. For being a five star hotel, the quality of the food was low and frankly tasteless. A salad we ordered consisted of canned veggies. Furthermore, we decided to try that Saturday night buffet at 75 euros per person - a total ripoff! The food quality was mediocre at best and everything we tried was just average or tasteless. This is a nice hotel but if you stay here, plan to eat at outside restaurants for nice food.

Très bel hôtel! L'accès à la piscine est très agréable! Beau balcon avec vue sur la piscine qui nous fait ressentir en vacances! Lits très confortables.
