I stayed from July 25-20 in one room and had to move to a different room since my next stay of 5 days is a standard room. I am ok with the move. But the first night after the move, I found the shower place was clogged and I could not take a shower. I had to wipe dry and get dressed without finishing the shower, waiting for it to be fixed. A cleaning guy came, as there is no available plumber at 12am at night. After the fix, the smell was horrible, I had to closed the bathroom door, can not use the bathroom or shower. Of course, there is no way to take a shower at that time. They probably fixed it again the second day with a plumber, I was able to take shower the second day. However, the process make you feel that they do not care much. I was happy before I moved, but after this incident, I am disappointed.

Everything was ok, but I didn’t received any VIP perks as an Expedia VIP user. Maybe this is not relevant to the hotel, but Expedia perks looks to not apply in almost all hotels, poor loyality program, don’t know if Expedia’s fault or the Hotel
