Spent two nights here booking last minute. Staff are really helpful. Had dinner on a Saturday night and brunch on Sunday. Nice experience in open kitchen restaurant.
Comfy rooms. Close to metro for the city and the airport. Will return.
Second time staying at Zoku Copenhagen. It’s always great especially for business travel. They have wonderful meeting rooms and can handle private events. Staff was perfect and so accommodating!
The staff was amazing, especially Nadine, Margot and Masha. They made our stay wonderful. The rooftop patio was great, the breakfast and pizza dinners were also amazing. Highly recommended!
Very liveable room with a great use of space, the bed was the comfiest I’ve slept on in a hotel in a long time, and the novelty of having to pull out the stairs to get to bed never got old. The sofa was comfy too, and the bathroom and shower were delightful. Very helpful staff, felt at home as soon as we arrived. Having the metro so close was really helpful too, as was having two supermarkets essentially next door.
Enjoyable stay in a great location. Apartment living in a very well designed loft - all amenities on doorstep. Really easy to get around with Metro very close.
Convenient shopping & Metro access! Very safe & quiet part of town. Staff was very welcoming & helpful! Loved the loft setup & the views! Hotel restaurant food was exquisite!
The room is the thing everyone's going to tell you about, and it lives up to it. Calling it a hotel room undersells it. It's a tiny home. Smart use of every inch, a proper kitchen and a real table, and within an hour of dropping my bag it felt less like a place I was staying and more like a place I lived. After a few days of travel, that distinction matters more than you'd expect.
The quirkiness is real, and it's earned rather than decorative. The whole building has personality, the rooftop social space is genuinely good, and the design choices feel like someone thought about them instead of picking them off a board.
Location worked out perfectly. The metro is right there, and we were in the center in a few minutes any time we wanted, in and out of the city all day and back late at night without a second thought.
What actually made the stay, though, was the people. Staff and guests both. Everyone was friendly, everyone was up for a conversation, and it's set up in a way that makes meeting people easy instead of awkward. That's hard to engineer, and Zoku has clearly figured it out.
Amazing stay. Highly recommend!
Very cool hotel with great communal cafe/bar area and spacious and quirky rooms. Very easy to travel around Copenhagen from DR Byen station and easy to store bags in the locker room after checkout
Wifi was lacking, which is frustrating because it was clearly stated that it was stable.
Price isn't justified.
Not much to do at the hotel.
I couldn't open my window because whoever designed it was blind.
The bar is good.
The staff is really nice and helpful.
Breakfast is good.
Solo traveler here
The room was spotless and I loved it . They have an espresso machine in the room and the lounge upstairs was soo good and the food was good there too. There’s a grocery store right downstairs as well. Loved it at Zoku
