Our experience at Fiesta Americana Riviera Nayarit was absolutely terrible, and I would NOT recommend spending your money here. For a resort that presents itself as a luxury, all-inclusive property, the condition of the hotel and what we experienced were completely unacceptable. The hotel itself felt very old and poorly maintained. The bathrooms and showers were awful and desperately needed renovation. The tile flooring in our room was uneven, with some tiles actually lifting up from the floor. I personally tripped over the raised tile TWICE. This was not just cosmetic — it was a safety hazard. When I reported it, instead of immediately fixing or securing the dangerous tile, I was basically told they could put a towel over it or move us to another room. We agreed to change rooms, hoping that would solve the problem, but unfortunately the next room was also in terrible condition. At that point, it became obvious to us that this was not simply one bad room. The air conditioning was another major problem. It was awful and did not properly cool the room. When you are vacationing in the heat and humidity of Mexico, having a properly functioning AC should be one of the most basic expectations, especially at a resort charging these prices. The elevator situation was even more concerning. Our building had two elevators, but one was out of service. The remaining elevator had no noticeable air conditioning or proper ventilation and became extremely uncomfortable. Worst of all, our
