This is one of the best boutique hotels we've stayed in. The rooms with the panoramic windows are excellent and worth the slight extra cost. The downstairs common areas are excellent and fun. And you cannot beat the location. Highly recommended.

I love the location and the room. The staff at the desk were excellent for checking in and advice on restaurants in the area. The bar staff were rude and standoffish as they ignored me and refused to change the channel on the tv when no one was watching it. I finished my drink and left when I would have stayed longer if they were more courteous and helpful.

Room is very clean, Staff is really kind and helpful.

It was perfectly located near everything. The apartment was well designed and very well equipped.

I was disappointed, to be honest. I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant and a spa (because that's all I really want at the end of a long day travelling). The restaurant is "open until 10pm" but when I asked for dinner at 8.30pm I was told no, the kitchen is closed. So whilst you could sit in the restaurant until 10pm, you can't actually get any food. The spa isn't really the free-use amenity I'd come to expect (from other hotels). You have to book your specific time slot, hours in advance, and there appears to be a tired sauna and some loungers, and not much else. The rooms didn't have air-con (so were really hot at night) and the lift had broken (but it's only two floors, so no huge drama). Also, nobody spoke English at all, and I appreciate that's a me problem (as I'm the foreigner), but it's something to be aware of.

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in during this trip! The hotel staff were friendly and although we did not speak German and they did not speak English, we managed to communicate. There was a locked bike cage in the garage which we appreciated. By bike it was a quick cycle into the centre of town where we found a bakery, grocery store and a lovely park.

The staff were spectacular -very helpful and kind. Room was clean, and modern. Lobby was nice. Easy walk to town and train station with a small grocery store at the other end of the parking lot. Shower was not easy to climb into and wouldn’t work for tall people. Also, the temperature control was confusing and didn’t seem to change the temperature no matter how we changed it. Still- I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it.
