Amazing hotel and the staff were very helpful, especially Iada & Angelina. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic and an amazing setting. This is just a personal thing but probably wouldn't stay again as dogs allowed, first night dog woke us up at 3am. I have 2 dogs and love them but to allow them in a lovely hotel like this seems a bit off for me.

The reception staff were helpful and Fabi was exceptional and went above and beyond. If you have any questions, he is the man. The restaurant staff were efficient but not overly friendly. The pool is a nice touch, well maintained and clean.

Some people like the grandeur of Italian hotels, some prefer the more modern type of hotels. This hotel convinced us that we are very happy to stay in Italian style hotels. Very nice inside with most comfortable seats in the lounge areas, good breakfast (not a massive choice but perfectly good). Our room was facing the front with a balcony, yes when you were in the balcony during the day there was the road noise from below but when you closed the balcony door the sound proofing was excellent, didn’t hear a thing. Liked the fact that we could use the pool facilities at the nearby Regina Palace for free. Very conveniently located for the restaurants and shops which was good for us.
