The house is in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and a grocery store. It has a nice roof top with hot tub. It’s a quiet and friendly area. Just be careful where you park if you’re renting a car. We got two parking tickets for parking on the street overnight. Although they were cheaper than parking in a lot. The house is a short drive from Trogir or Split. The only thing I would suggest is bring extra towels. There is a washing machine, but no dryer.

We had a fantastic stay! The owner was incredibly flexible, responsive, and reliable throughout our visit. The apartment is in a perfect location—just a 5-minute walk to a quiet, local beach and with a bus stop right next door for easy access to Dubrovnik. The space was spotless, with modern appliances and AC in every room, which made it super comfortable. We especially loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace with its beautiful view. Highly recommend for a couple or a family of four!

Very clean apartment in a great location. Easy walk to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Close to ferry terminal to visit all the amazing islands. Property manager was wonderful.

Mou Apartments is a very good, spacious and comfortable place to stay, especially for a shorter visit to Kotor. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom, living room and bathroom, plus plenty of cabinet space and a pantry large enough for our suitcases. The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size with streaming services, and the kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Thoughtful extras included toiletries, washing-machine pods and dishwasher pods. Having both a washer and dishwasher was convenient. Our first-floor apartment opened toward the pool, which was a great feature. Management was very responsive, kind and helpful. When the Wi-Fi stopped working, he came over and tried to provide a secondary Wi-Fi connection, although it did not work. The main improvements needed are cleanliness, Wi-Fi reliability and directions. The bathroom and shower need a deeper cleaning, and there was visible mold along the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower is also quite small. The king bed was comfortable, but all sheets, blankets and bed coverings should be properly sized to fit a king mattress. The address provided took us about half a kilometer away; searching “Mou Apartments” in Google Maps worked better, so guests should be sent an accurate map pin. There are also very limited restaurants, shops and amenities nearby, making this better for a short stay than a long one unless you have transportation or plan to cook. A taxi to downtown Kotor costs about €30.

Our rooms were very closely located to the old town - nice and walkable. Also there's a car park across the road from the reception, very handy if you're in a hire car. Our rooms (we had 2) were very nicely fitted out, and had a coffee machine - very welcome! There are many rooms in different converted (houses?) along a few streets all very close together. Breakfast is a bit of a walk in the morning, I guess depending on where your rooms are located. Ours were near the reception building, and about 5 mins walk around a couple of streets to breakfast. Breakfast itself is a disappointment. There's a small-ish room with all the food laid out in one area with little space to move when other guests are also trying to get to the food/the toaster/the plates & bowls. There's a fairly meagre selection of cereal, scrambled egg, ham, and bread. Coffee is a nespresso machine that the staff just keep on running. The same room has tables for the guests to eat at, again with not a lot of space. There's a bit of fruit, but it goes quickly - I think the staff are supposed to restock it?
