We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Palacio Santa Marta. The hotel is set inside a beautifully restored historic building just steps from Plaza Mayor, making it perfect for exploring Trujillo on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. Alba was warm, welcoming, and made everything easy. Overall, an excellent stay in a charming location — we’d happily return.

Wonderful room! Very comfortable. GREAT location. The breakfast, however, was not good (not many choices, poor-quality coffee, and limited fruit options). In addition, the breakfast was in a dingy room. The breakfast staff did what they could, but their options were limited. In short, I would recommend staying here. but, I would recommend skipping the optional breakfast.

The description was incorrect. It said bathroom, but there was not a bathroom, but a toilet behind a glass door and a shower behind a glass door, so you heard and saw everything. The pictures were deceiving, since there was no separate bathroom. We had booked a courtyard view, but there was no courtyard we could see. Since it was called UMusic Hotel with a music hall venue, we were unable to see any music being performed while we were there for 5 nights. We asked to see the music being performed, but were told we were not allowed in for any of the shows. Highly disappointed with the listing photos of the room and access to the music hall. If this is a 5 star hotel, it did not meet the requirements as listed on the web site. But, the staff was great and the breakfast delicious.

Rooftop pool was "closed for the season" even though it was 30degC outside in September. Really???Location was great, directly across from Moncloa Metro station. Staff pleasant.

This a fabulous luxury hotel made from President Suarez personal residence. It is built into the walls of Avila and has the only pool inside the city walls. The pool and area is stunningly beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast included. Calena restaurant is working towards a star. Room was comfortable and clean, suite included a walk in shower and separate claw foot bath tub. Only regret was 2nd floor rooms ceiling sloped in from the roof line, took some getting used to. You can walk anywhere from here. Highly recommended.

The hotel is uniquely beautiful and the staff go above and beyond in all aspects. It is exceptional!

It was wonderful. Beautiful property and ultra professional staff. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and colleagues. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Madrid.
