A good hotel located close but not in the busy hussle of downtown. A short 10 minute ride to the QE II terminal.

Main disappointment was the breakfast which was barely warm

My one night stay was very good, the staff were excellent and very helpful. Be aware there are only 8 rooms in this hotel and no elevator. If you arrive early as an international traveler it may not be as easy to check in vs. a larger hotel with a 24 hour front desk. Otherwise, it was a superb stay, the rooms were very clean, modern, quiet, with nice marble and fixtures in the bath. Staff were very personable and helpful in anything requested that was within their ability to provide. Breakfast was available a few doors down from the hotel and was presented in a very elegant, classy setting. I would definitely consider another stay if I were visiting Southampton, UK. Nice job!

Upon arrival we were told there would be a continental breakfast as well as a cooked breakfast but only had a cooked breakfast offered. However it was good

Room 29 again, A nice quite room, slept well. Followed by a good breakfast.

Excellent location, lovely grounds at rear with direct access to the forest. Downstairs corridor to room clearly being refurbished but general public area good. Would definitely stay again.
