We have stayed here several times before and we loved it just as much! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the bars are unmatched. The location is wonderful for getting to restaurants or sight seeing. We will absolutely stay here again!

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,005 reviews)
There was no body soap in the shower. The towels were thin and they smelled bad. No refrigerator. One chair. Extremely small room, tiny bathroom. Felt like an old tenement building in NYC, small and dingy. No check in until 3pm In my opinion they should do a complete renovation, knock out walls and double the room size. Great neighborhood but would never stay there again. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The location was good, but to get a cab you should definitely be able to walk to one of the more accessible streets nearby. The room size was awesome especially in NYC. One of the largest rooms we have booked in years. You are very close to a lot of financial district attractions. Short walk to 9/11 memorial and museum, the Occulus, Battery Park and such. Cab rides to midtown are about $40, but if you’re ok with the subway, stations are very close. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and always present.
