Lorena (our hotel manager) was SUPER spectacular in her professionalism and stellar with the hospitality she gave to us. The rooms were something out of a Hollywood movie. Super modern and spacious. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Plenty of parking. The proximity to old town Honfleur is a short walk. Close to a supermarket and many restaurants. Highly recommended to stay here. I had two children in strollers and requested a bottom floor, they asked if there was another accommodation I would like even though they were fully booked. There was children’s bikes advertised as an amenity which they did not have available and the man seemed very confused when asked about it. I would stay here again for the convenience and size of the rooms, but without the expectation that I could rely on high quality service or children’s amenities.
