Dates stayed: 5/30-6/01/26 As expected from Best Western, this is a nice, clean and quiet hotel. Though the lobby is quite busy because it's small, the restaurant/bar & elevators are all located right there. Check in was easy, everyone spoke English. The rooms were nice, clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom excellent with good shower water pressure. The location is a little walking distance from the main attractions: Fontaine la Rotonda, Rue Mirabeau, restaurants & shops but if you are prepared to walk during your trip, this location is fine. I would stay here again! Highly recommend, as you walk in the morning from the hotel to the Fontaine la Rotonda, you will pass a pastry shop, Artisan Boulanger Patissier, be sure to stop in for a coffee & pastry/croissant.

This is one of the most beautiful and best staffed hotels I’ve seen in my many travels. The details are stunning: fabric wallpaper, incredible furniture, amazing room, perfect pool, art everywhere you look. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the staff, property, food & amenities were all amazing. We had high expectations coming in based on other reviews and pics, but what we experienced exceeded them all. The staff were amazing, the front desk manager was so pleasant to deal with, and we were shockingly upgraded to the most wonderful room. We will definitely be spreading the word to others…and will be back! Highly recommend even if just for a short trip. You won’t be disappointed.

The location is excellent!

Clearly, this no longer a five star luxury hotel if it ever was. The location is great. The courtyard is lovely. The staff was truly excellent. But the property is tired and a bit run down. We hated the bedding and crappy pillows. That said, it’s not that bad so long as you adjust your expectations. Charles Dickens may have stayed here, which is very cool, but a hotel makeover is overdue.
