Highly recommend staying here if you are going to the Bahamas. it’s very close to downtown area and everything is walkable so you don’t have to worry about taking taxi everywhere. Staff was nice, beach access on the property and the two pools are very convenient. We had a lot of fun and we were very comfortable being there.

We completed our stay at Atlantis, and unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. From the first night, we had no water and were unable to shower properly. Despite reporting this multiple times, we received no compensation or meaningful resolution. Customer service was also a major disappointment. Several employees were rude, unfriendly, and lacked basic hospitality. For a resort at this price point, we expected much better service. The food was extremely overpriced for the quality. Dinner for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children cost at least $700 each night, which was unreasonable given the experience. After repeatedly complaining, we eventually received the 3:00 PM late checkout, which we appreciated. However, our transportation arrived about four hours before our flight, which was later delayed by 8 hours. Had we been allowed to stay longer, we would have had a much more comfortable place to wait. The resort also feels very dated, and many amenities appeared to close or be packed up earlier than expected. For the amount guests pay, we expected a more polished and well-maintained property. Atlantis is undeniably beautiful, but the overall experience did not match the price. Between the lack of water, no compensation, rude employees, overpriced food, dated facilities, and disappointing hospitality, we felt the resort was not worth the cost. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Atlantis and would not recommend it to others.

Parent trap. This place is so over priced it’s like paying for a ritz Carlton and getting a holiday inn better off staying at the bel Mar and getting n a day pass for the aquarium’s etc for the kids .
