Our driver picked us up promptly from the airport, and when we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us warmly with big smiles. They gave us a quick introduction about our stay, what to expect, and even helped us exchange our foreign currency. We had a balcony room that over looked the pool (most rooms over look the pool) & the evening entertainment is held outside next to the pool every night & it kept us awake until midnight every night. It’s unnecessarily really loud. There is a TV in the room but you can’t hear the TV at all over the evening entertainment that’s going on, even with the TV volume up on the highest. On the last day we spoke to other people that told us they asked to move rooms as it was so noisy. Wish we had done that on the first night! We went for the full board option but didn’t like any of the food at all as was mostly Moroccan but we were in Morocco so I suppose we should have expected it! We chose to eat out a few times even though we’d paid for food at the hotel. Just would have liked some more plain options for those that wouldn’t like all the food with Moroccan spices on. The restaurant was a buffet style & everything was always cold - warm, never hot. We wouldn’t book to stay there again purely because of how noisy it is at night & we didn’t enjoy the food at all. I also booked this hotel as it said there was free WiFi throughout the hotel but this is not the case at all. No WiFi reception in the rooms (other people said the same, that they had no WiFi reception in the room). Communication when ordering food was difficult ended up ordering double and paying more for certain items due to lack of understanding. If fluent in french then you are ok.
